What LabelInn supports

entry-level 4-inch shipping, retail, ticket and asset labels over USB. The ZD220 is the USB-only value model in Zebra's ZD200 family, available in direct-thermal and thermal-transfer versions. Unlike the ZD230, its official specification does not include Ethernet or Wi-Fi, so setup guidance must not imply network discovery.

• ZPL II (native), EPL2 (native) output at the selected resolution.
• Direct command printing is supported when an available interface is selected.
• Select 203 DPI and ZPL II, confirm whether the unit is direct thermal or thermal transfer, and connect through USB. A vendor driver can help with diagnostics, but LabelInn's documented protocol path does not depend on it.

Setup checklist

1. Confirm the complete model name, suffix, installed interface, and current command-language mode.
2. Set the page DPI and printable width to match the physical printhead.
