Why this is hard today
Argox bundles Windows utilities and a BarTender OEM edition. Neither runs on macOS, so Mac owners with a perfectly good OS-214 or iX6 usually end up unable to print at all.
What LabelInn does instead
Most Argox units can run in PPLB (TSPL-compatible) or PPLZ (ZPL-compatible) emulation. LabelInn sends the matching language over USB or network. If your unit is in PPLA mode, switch it to PPLB or PPLZ from the printer utility, or force the language in LabelInn.
Check the emulation mode first
Argox drivers are often installed as "PPLA". PPLA is not ZPL and not TSPL — software that assumes either will print nothing. Set the printer to PPLB or PPLZ, or pick the language explicitly in LabelInn.

How to get printing
- Download LabelInn for macOS and open it.
- Add the printer over USB or network. No vendor driver install.
- Set the label size and sensor mode to match your roll, then calibrate.
- Design the label — or bind a spreadsheet column and print one label per row.

Does Argox have Mac software?
Argox does not publish a macOS designer. LabelInn runs natively on macOS and drives Argox printers through PPLB or PPLZ emulation.
My Argox prints nothing — why?
