Design labels with AI: video tutorial

In this video, you'll see LabelInn's AI assistant build a label from a sentence, change it when you ask, and turn a spreadsheet into one label per row.

Describe the label. Open the AI assistant in the label editor and say what you need, in your own words. For example, a 100 by 150 millimetre shipping label with the address, and the tracking number as a barcode.

It builds the label in the editor. The AI builds it in the same editor you use by hand: a heading, the address, and a Code 128 barcode with the tracking number. It tells you what it made, and what it left as fixed text.

Change it by asking. Then correct it in plain words. Ask it to left-align the address and close up the gaps, and the AI changes the same label instead of starting again. Undo all is always there.

A spreadsheet in, a label out. Attach a CSV or Excel file in the chat and ask for price labels. The AI binds the product name, the price and the barcode to the columns of your file.

One label for every row. Then it opens the print dialog with every row queued: eight rows, eight labels, on the printer you picked. You press Print.

Dates that fill themselves in. Ask for a bread label with the baking date and a best-before date three days later, and the dates are live fields, not typed text. The label stays correct tomorrow.

Numbers that count up. Ask for asset tags with a QR code and a serial starting at AT-000001. The QR code and the printed serial carry the same number, and it counts up by one on every label.

It can even set up automation. Tell the AI where head office saves the spreadsheet each morning, and it sets up a watched folder that prints one label per row and moves the file aside. Watched folders are part of the Pro plan.
