Step by step
Everything the video says, in order.
In this video, you'll turn an Excel sheet into printed labels, one label for every row. It takes about a minute.
Click New Label. Start on the dashboard. Under Quick Actions, click New Label to open a blank design.
Click Bind Data in the left toolbar. This is the label editor. To bring in your data, click the green Bind Data icon in the left toolbar.
Upload Excel / CSV. The data sources panel opens. Click Upload Excel or CSV, and pick your file.
Check the preview, then OK, Use It. LabelInn shows a preview of your sheet. Choose the worksheet, keep First row is header switched on so your column names come through, and click OK, Use It.
Data tab → pick a column. Now select a text or a barcode on your label. In its properties, open the Data tab and pick the column it should show: product, price, barcode, whatever is in your sheet.
Pick rows and copies, then Print. When the design looks right, open Print. Every row becomes its own label. Choose which rows to print, set the copy count, and click Print.
That's it. Your spreadsheet, printed. Download LabelInn for free at labelinn.com.
