Design labels in your browser: video tutorial

In this video, you'll design a label in your browser at labelinn.com, with no account: pick a template, edit it, add a QR code, and download or print it.

Pick a starting point. Open the free label designer on labelinn.com. No account is needed, and your label stays in this browser. Pick a starting point: a product, food, shipping or blank label.

Choose what it prints on. Choose what it prints on: a label roll, label sheets for A4 or Letter, or a custom size. Pick the size, then click Start designing.

Click a text to edit it. The editor opens with the label ready. Click any text and change it in the panel on the right: the words, the font, the size and the colour.

Add a QR code or barcode. Add anything from the toolbar: text, a barcode, a QR code, a picture, a PDF or a shape. Here, a QR code. Type what it contains, then set its size and position.

Data from Excel or Google Sheets. To print one label for every row of a spreadsheet, open Data and attach an Excel or CSV file, or a Google Sheet.

Your data needs a free account. In this guest mode, attaching a file asks you to create a free account first. With it, you see the first 10 rows. Every row comes with the Starter plan, free to try for 14 days.

Set the label size. Label setup decides what you print on: a label roll, an A4 sheet or a US Letter sheet, with the exact width and height, and how many labels fit across and down.

Download a PDF or PNG. Download the label as a PDF or a PNG, and choose the resolution.

Print it. Print opens the print dialog. The browser's print window works with any printer installed on this computer. For label printers, a free account lets the LabelInn app find your printer, and you print from here in one click.
