Everything the video says, in order.
In this video, you'll build a workflow that prints labels on its own: data comes in, the label fills itself, and the printer prints. No code.
Add a starter: Data Source. Open Workflows and add your first node. A workflow can start from a data source, a webhook, a watched folder, a new database row, a marketplace order from Shopify, Trendyol or Amazon, or a schedule. We'll start with a Data Source.
Pick the file, watch new rows. Choose your Excel or CSV file, or a database. Turn on Watch new rows in this file, and every new row prints as the file grows.
Add a Design node, pick a label. Add a Design node, and pick the label to fill.
Columns fill the label's fields. Connect the two. LabelInn matches your columns to the label's fields by name, and you can change any of them by hand.
Add Print, choose the printer. Add a Print node. Choose the printer yourself, take it from the data, or let LabelInn pick one automatically.
Label count from a field. Need a different number of labels for each row? Take the count from a field, like quantity, and each label gets its own number.
Data → Design → Print. That's the whole flow: data in, label filled, label printed. Swap the start for a webhook, a schedule or a store order, and it runs on its own.
Go further: Router, Transform, AI. When you need more, add a Router to send records down different paths, a Transform to reshape data, an HTTP request, or an AI step.
