Why this is hard on a Mac
"TSC TE244 driver for Mac" is one of those searches that never resolves. TSC's driver downloads and its Windows-only utilities assume a PC; on macOS there is no equivalent, and the generic CUPS route rarely produces a correctly sized label.
It is a shame, because TSC desktop printers are common in small warehouses and shops exactly where someone is running a MacBook.
